Thales: to supply radar to Amsterdam airport

(CercleFinance.com) - Thales announces that it has signed a contract with Luchtverkeersleiding Nederland (LVNL) to supply and install an RSM NG secondary surveillance radar at Amsterdam-Schiphol airport in less than a year.


This radar, featuring ADS-B technology and capable of tracking up to 2,000 aircraft with 64 simultaneous data streams, offers enhanced performance for secure air traffic management.

The installation will be carried out without interruption of service, with ancillary services including training, maintenance and supply of parts for 15 to 25 years.
