Shell: EU approves acquisition of Pavilion of Singapore

(CercleFinance.com) - The European Commission announces that it has approved the acquisition of sole control of Pavilion of Singapore by Shell.


The transaction mainly concerns the wholesale of natural gas.

The Commission concluded that the notified transaction would not raise competition concerns, given the limited combined market position of the companies resulting from the proposed transaction.
