Freelance.com: departure of CEO and new governance structure

com reports that its Board of Directors, on the recommendations of the Nominations and Compensation Committee, has examined the succession plan for the Group's leadership and validated the principle of a new governance structure. Sylvestre Blavet, CEO since January 26, 2019, having announced his resignation from his mandates as Chairman, CEO and Director with immediate effect, the functions of Chairman of the Board and CEO will be dissociated. The Board has appointed Thomas de Villemeur, representing majority shareholder Groupe CBV Ingénierie, as Chairman, and Guénaël Talvas, Chief of Staff to the CEO since November 2021, as Managing Director for the interim period.
