Suez: CEO to leave the group at the end of January

(CercleFinance.com) - Suez announces a change in its governance: after 3 years as Chairman and CEO, Sabrina Soussan has decided to leave the group on January 31, 2025, to devote herself to "other projects" which will be "announced in due course".


Consequently, as of January 1, 2025, the Board of Directors will be chaired by Thierry Déau, Suez announces.

The successor to the CEO position will be announced following a search and appointment process which has already been launched.

To ensure the company's operational continuity, Sabrina Soussan will work hand in hand with the new Chairman until her departure.
