Cegedim: a new range of audio animations for pharmacies

(CercleFinance.com) - On Tuesday, Cegedim announced the launch of a new offering for pharmacists, enabling them to manage their point-of-sale activities through sound.


The service, dubbed 'C-Media Sound', aims to enhance the patient experience by broadcasting health messages and animating the various areas with sound, via musical playlists and informative spots.

More than 60 million tracks are available to provide a variety of soundscapes, depending on the time of day and how patients want to feel: dynamic, comfortable, soothing.

This new offer also makes it possible to include point-of-sale information spots (opening hours, services, news) and health-related messages in this musical ambience.

The licensee also has the option of creating his or her own messages with the help of a customized spot-generating AI, making it possible to transform any text into a sound message.

The offer comes in the form of subscriptions, at rates ranging from 49 euros per month with a 36-month commitment to 59 euros per month without commitment, after an initial rental charge of 149 euros.

For this price, customized support is offered for each type of point of sale.
