Audacia: Delpharm Group Chairman joins the Board

(CercleFinance.com) - Audacia announces the appointment of Sébastien Aguettant, Chairman of the Delpharm Group, to its Board of Directors, a change which, according to the company, marks 'a significant step in the strengthening of [its] governance'.


Already a shareholder in Audacia, Sébastien Aguettant strengthens his commitment by doubling his stake, from 2% to 4%, through the acquisition of shares from Gravitation, Audacia's majority shareholder.

Audacia believes that Sébastien Aguettant's knowledge of the healthcare sector and his entrepreneurial background will contribute to the success of the company's future investments in its innovative and disruptive themes.
