Exclusive Networks: Syquant Capital tops the 5% mark

(CercleFinance.com) - Syquant Capital, acting on behalf of funds under its management, has declared to the AMF that on December 5 it exceeded the thresholds of 5% of the capital and voting rights of Exclusive Networks, following the acquisition of shares on the market.


The declarant stated that it held 4,628,424 Exclusive Networks shares representing the same number of voting rights, i.e. 5.05% of the capital and voting rights of this cybersecurity software solutions and services company.
