Oeneo: 7% increase in half-year RNPG
(CercleFinance.com) - Oeneo has reported a 7.
2% increase in net income (group share) to 15.8 million euros for the first half of 2024-25, with a current operating margin of 15.5%, an improvement of 2.4 points on the first half of 2023-24.
Half-year sales were virtually stable (-0.8%) at €153 million, with the buoyancy of the corking division (+7.3%), driven by the higher value-added categories of the Diam range, offsetting a 16% decline in the breeding division.
However, Oeneo warns that "visibility for the second half of the year remains uncertain, particularly in view of the low global harvest volume expected this year, and the continuing slowdown in global wine consumption".
