Soitec: working with GF to produce semiconductors

(CercleFinance.com) - Soitec announces its commitment to supply 300mm RF-SOI substrates to GlobalFoundries (GF) for the production of GF's RF-SOI technology platforms, including the most advanced RF solution - 9SW.


Reinforcing a long-standing collaboration between the two companies, this commitment ensures the supply of high-performance RF-SOI substrates required for Front-End Radio Frequency modules for mobile devices, covering 5G, 5G-Advanced and Wi-Fi technologies.
