Kering: interim dividend paid in January

(CercleFinance.com) - Kering reports that its Board of Directors has approved an interim dividend of E2 per share for 2024, down on its level in 2023, while reflecting its determination to continue to ensure a balanced payout ratio.


The luxury group specifies that this interim dividend will be paid on 16 January on positions closed on the evening of 15 January. The detachment of the interim dividend will take place on the morning of 14 January.

The final dividend for FY 2024 will be decided by the Board of Directors on 10 February and submitted for approval at the next AGM, to be held on 24 April.
