Casino: sells real estate portfolio to Les Mousquetaires

(CercleFinance.com) - The group has signed a binding agreement to sell a 69-asset real estate portfolio to Groupement Les Mousquetaires.


This portfolio mainly comprises parking lots, service stations, supermarket walls and ancillary lots adjoining stores now operated by Groupement Les Mousquetaires.

The sale price of E77m is due to be received in H1 2025.

This transaction will enable Groupe Casino to reduce its financial debt to the bondholders of its subsidiary Quatrim, it says.
