Quadient: Swiss company Avaloq wins customer communications contract

(CercleFinance.com) - Quadient announced on Tuesday that its Customer Communications Management (CCM) technology had been selected by Avaloq, a Swiss provider of software and services for banks and asset managers.


The solution, called 'Quadient Inspire', enables companies to create and deliver personalized, regulatory-compliant customer communications, across digital channels as well as traditional formats, from a single centralized platform.

The two partners report that they are currently collaborating on several customer projects, with three major financial services providers having already begun deploying their joint solution.

This agreement comes at a time when Quadient has reported organic growth of over 15% in its annual recurring revenues in digital automation technologies during the first half of the year.
