Saint-Gobain: acquires Kilwaughter

(CercleFinance.com) - Saint-Gobain announces that it has acquired Kilwaughter, a leading player in construction chemistry (façade mortars) in the UK and Ireland, enabling it to strengthen its sustainable construction offering in these two countries.


Holding brands such as K Rend and K Systems, Kilwaughter generated sales of around £50m in 2024 (fiscal year to end-April) and will be consolidated within the Northern Europe region.

This acquisition is part of the Grow & Impact strategic plan, which aims to consolidate Saint-Gobain's leadership position and accelerate its growth momentum by expanding its range of solutions for sustainable construction markets.
