Forvia: new CEO on 1 March
(CercleFinance.com) - Forvia announces that Patrick Koller will step down from yje driving seat on 1 March 2025, and that Martin Fischer, a former member of the Executive Committee of automotive supplier ZF, will succeed him on that date.
Martin Fischer has over 25 years' experience in the automotive industry, having held various management positions with leading automotive suppliers in Europe and the USA. He will become Forvia's Deputy Managing Director from 6 December. Patrick Koller will remain a member of Forvia's Board of Directors until the AGM on 28 May 2025, when his term of office expires and the Board will recommend that shareholders approve the appointment of Martin Fischer as a director.
