Legrand: acquires Power Bus Way in Canada

(CercleFinance.com) - Legrand announces the acquisition of Power Bus Way, a leading North American specialist in Cable Bus power busbars, mainly for data centers.


Based in Toronto in the Canadian province of Ontario, Power Bus Way employs more than 120 people and generates annual sales of around E70m, mainly in the US and Canada.

This is the group's fifth acquisition this year in the data centre segment, and its eighth external growth operation of 2024, with cumulative annualised sales of nearly E410m.
