Bureau Veritas: acquires LBS Group in Italy

This structuring operation adds new expertise to the Bureau Veritas portfolio in the accessories segment and establishes the group as the leading provider of end-to-end services for high-end fashion brands.

The acquired company, headquartered in Italy, generated sales of E8.8m in 2023 via its network of over 100 specialists positioned close to European production hubs.
