Stef: acquisition of TDL Fresh Logistics finalized

(CercleFinance.com) - Following the favorable opinion of the Belgian Competition Authority, the Stef group announces that it has finalized the acquisition of TDL Fresh Logistics, specialized in the transport and logistics of fresh and frozen food products in Belgium.


This acquisition enables the group to pursue its ongoing commitment to improving its service offering for Belgian and international agri-food supply chain players (manufacturers and distributors).

TDL Fresh Logistics employs 400 people and has three sites and a fleet of 350 vehicles, while Stef in Belgium employs 750 people and has seven sites and 400 vehicles.
