OSE Immuno: appointments to the management team

(CercleFinance.com) - OSE Immunotherapeutics today announced the strengthening of its management team and Executive Committee with two new appointments.


Fiona Olivier joins the Company in the newly created position of Chief Corporate Affairs & Investor Relations Officer. She joins the OSE Immunotherapeutics Executive Committee.

She will be responsible for defining and communicating the strategic vision to various stakeholders, managing investor relations, overseeing communications to enhance the Company's public image, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Aurore Morello, Director of Research and R&D Programs also joins the Executive Committee. Newly appointed to the Executive Committee, she will also help define the Company's strategic direction.

Both report directly to Nicolas Poirier, Chief Executive Officer. Their appointments are effective immediately.
