Saint-Gobain: strengthens its presence in Turkey

(CercleFinance.com) - izocam, a leading player in insulation in Turkey, co-owned by Saint-Gobain and Alghanim Industries (Kutayba Alghanim Group), has finalized the acquisition of 100% of His Yalitim, a local stone wool producer.


The company operates in Kayseri (Central Anatolia) and employs around 170 people.

This acquisition strengthens izocam's presence in Turkey, where it already operates four plants producing high-quality insulation solutions.

The acquisition of His Yalitim is fully in line with izocam's 'Grow & Impact' strategic plan, which aims to consolidate the Group's leading position and accelerate its growth momentum by expanding its range of solutions for sustainable construction markets.
