Air Liquide: share buyback agreement with an ISP

(CercleFinance.com) - Air Liquide announces that it has signed a share buyback agreement with an investment services provider (ISP) as part of its share buyback program, as authorized by the Combined General Shareholders' Meeting on April 30.


The terms of the agreement concern a volume of 352.000 Air Liquide shares (representing 0.07% of the share capital at December 31, 2023) for a maximum unit purchase price not exceeding 300 euros per share.

The initial buyback price (157.28 euros per share) gives rise to a total initial acquisition price of nearly 55.4 million euros, which will be adjusted at the end of the period covered by the share buyback agreement.
