Carrefour: refinancing of two credit lines

(CercleFinance.com) - Carrefour says it has refinanced its two credit lines, totaling E3.
9bn, combining them into a single one worth E4bn, which incorporates two key performance indicators on decarbonization and food waste. NB: cp -4.3%.

This new line, financed by a syndicate of 22 banks instead of 21 in the previous ones, will mature in November 2029, with two one-year extension options. Designed to secure general financing, it is not intended to be used.

The transaction, which is largely oversubscribed to, reflects the banks' confidence in the quality of Carrefour's credit signature, as well as the solid relationships the Group has developed with its banking partners over the years.
