Bureau Veritas: acquires APP Group
(CercleFinance.com) - In line with its 4 November announcement, Bureau Veritas has completed the acquisition of APP Group, a leading Australian real estate and infrastructure company headquartered in Sydney, with sales of E87m in 2023.
APP employs over 500 experts and provides access to a pool of over 200 specialised subcontractors. With a strong presence in transport infrastructure, buildings and social infrastructure and facilities, it manages a portfolio of more than 200 clients. The integration of the APP group positions us as the partner of choice for governments, infrastructure owners, large corporations and private companies, comments Hinda Gharbi, Bureau Veritas' CEO.
