Atos: capital increase completed

(CercleFinance.com) - Atos announces the completion of its capital increase with preferential subscription rights for a gross amount of E233.
3m, through the issue of 63,062,910,405 new shares at a unit subscription price of E0.0037.

At the end of the subscription period, which closed on 27 November, total demand amounted to 18,476,832,229 new shares, representing a subscription rate of around 29%. The operation is guaranteed up to E165m by the participating creditors.

Settlement-delivery of the new shares and their listing on Euronext Paris will take place on 10 December. As a reminder, this operation is part of Atos' financial restructuring process, as provided for in its accelerated safeguard plan.
