Ageas: BNP Paribas crosses the 10% threshold

(CercleFinance.com) - BNP Paribas has exceeded the threshold of 10% of the voting rights in the Belgian insurance group Ageas, according to a transparency notice published yesterday evening.


In the notice, the French banking institution states that it held, via its subsidiaries BNP Paribas Cardif and BNP Paribas Fortis, 11.86% of the insurer's voting rights as of November 21 following a share acquisition.
