Orange: BlackRock stake down to under 5% of capital

(CercleFinance.com) - On 25 November 2024, BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds it manages, informed the AMF that its stake in Orange had fallen below the threshold of 5% of its capital, and that, on behalf of the said clients and funds, it held 129,387,788 Orange shares, representing the same number of voting rights, i.
e. 4.86% of the group's capital and 4.08% of its voting rights.

This threshold crossing results from an OTC sale of Orange shares and a reduction in the number of Orange shares held as collateral.
