Syensqo: BlackRock crosses the 3% threshold on the downside

(CercleFinance.com) - BlackRock, the world's leading asset manager, has fallen below the threshold of 3% of Syensqo's voting rights, according to a financial notice issued this morning.


According to the transparency notice, as of November 20, BlackRock held just 2.91% of the chemical group's voting rights following a share sale.

Still according to the document, BlackRock's stake stood at 3.65%, taking into account financial instruments held by the asset manager, representing 0.74% of voting rights.
