Orange: BlackRock holds less than 5% of the capital

(CercleFinance.com) - On November 25, 2024, BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds it manages, declared to the AMF that it had fallen below the threshold of 5% of the capital of Orange and held, on behalf of the said clients and funds, 129,387,788 Orange shares representing the same number of voting rights, i.
e. 4.86% of the capital and 4.08% of the voting rights of this company.

This threshold crossing results from an off-market sale of Orange shares and a reduction in the number of Orange shares held as collateral.
