Fnac Darty: EU greenlights Unieuro acquisition
(CercleFinance.com) - Fnac Darty announced yesterday that the European Commission has unconditionally approved the proposed acquisition of Unieuro.
The combination of Fnac Darty and Unieuro would create a leader in the sale of electronics, household appliances, publishing products and services in Western and Southern Europe.
