Orange: BlackRock holds less than 5% of the capital

(CercleFinance.com) - On November 25, 2024, BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds under its management, declared to the AMF that it had fallen below the threshold of 5% of the capital of Orange and held, on behalf of said clients and funds, 4.
86% of the capital and 4.08% of the voting rights of this company.

This threshold crossing results from an off-market sale of Orange shares and a reduction in the number of Orange shares held as collateral.
