Carrefour : BlackRock holds less than 5% of the capital

(CercleFinance.com) - On November 25, 2024, BlackRock declared to the AMF that it had crossed below the threshold of 5% of the capital of Carrefour and held, on behalf of the said clients and funds, 4.
85% of the capital and 3.96% of the voting rights of this company.

This threshold crossing results from a sale of Carrefour shares on the market and a reduction in the number of Carrefour shares held as collateral.
