Atos: E165m contract extension with Eurocontrol

(CercleFinance.com) - Atos announced today that it has once again been chosen by Eurocontrol to continue supporting its mission-critical airspace and aviation management services in Europe.


Eurocontrol is a pan-European civil and military organization that works to make European aviation 'more efficient, more cost-effective, and with minimal environmental impact'.

Atos has been working with Eurocontrol for over 10 years, and this partnership has expanded into a number of areas.

This contract extension, worth 165 million euros, reflects the mutual trust between the two organizations.

The contract includes the deployment of the first multi-region public cloud solution for Aerial Traffic Management (ATM) applications, fully accredited by the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA).
