LightOn: Initial public offering on Euronext Growth in Paris

(CercleFinance.com) - Euronext today celebrated the IPO of LightOn on Euronext Growth in Paris.


LightOn is a leading European player in generative artificial intelligence, and the first company dedicated exclusively to this field to go public in Europe.

LightOn's IPO followed the admission to trading on November 26 of the 6,006,966 shares making up its share capital, including 1,150,000 new shares issued as part of a global offering, after exercise of the extension clause and before any exercise of the over-allotment option.

The offering price was set at 10.35E euros per share. The company's market capitalization on the IPO date was thus 62 million euros. The total amount of the offering represents 11.9 million euros.
