ING: continues its share buyback program

(CercleFinance.com) - ING announced today that, as part of our €2.
0 billion share buyback program announced on October 31, 2024, a total of 5,642,295 shares were bought back during the week of November 18, 2024 to November 22, 2024 inclusive.

The shares were bought back at an average price of E14.88, for a total amount of E83,943,079.35.

In line with the objective of ING's share capital reduction program, the total number of shares bought back under this program to date amounts to 22,908,278 ordinary shares at an average price of E15.17, for a total amount of E347,488,959.74 .

To date, approximately 17.37% of the maximum total value of the share buyback program has been realized.
