Colas: opens a new runway at Bangkok airport

09% stake, in collaboration with the Thai company Nawarat Patanakarn, recently completed the third runway and two new taxiways at Bangkok's Suvarnabhumi International Airport.
The project, worth a total of 230 million euros, was carried out on behalf of Airports of Thailand PLC (AOT) and aims to consolidate Bangkok airport's position as a major air hub in Southeast Asia.
The opening of this third runway will enable the airport to increase its capacity from 45 to over 60 million passengers per year, with a target of 68 to 94 flights per hour.
