Mersen: CDC drops below 15% stake

(CercleFinance.com) - Caisse des dépôts et consignations (CDC) has declared to the AMF that on November 15, through CDC Croissance and Bpifrance Participations, it crossed below the threshold of 15% of Mersen's capital, following the sale of shares on the market.


The public financial institution stated that it indirectly held 3,652,600 Mersen shares representing 5,895,370 voting rights, i.e. 14.96% of the capital and 21.77% of the voting rights of the electrical specialties and advanced materials group.
