Merck: Emerson Electric CEO to join board

(CercleFinance.com) - Merck announced today that Surendralal L.
'Lal' Karsanbhai, Managing Director of Emerson Electric Co. will join its Board of Directors effective January 1, 2025.

He will be elected by the company's shareholders in May 2025. With the addition of Mr. Karsanbhai, Merck's Board of Directors will have 13 members.
