Arkema: BlackRock holds less than 5% of the capital

(CercleFinance.com) - On November 20, 2024, BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds under its management, declared to the AMF that it had fallen below the threshold of 5% of the share capital of Arkema and held, on behalf of said clients and funds, 4.
82% of the share capital and 3.88% of the voting rights of this company.

This threshold crossing results from an off-market sale of Arkema shares and a reduction in the number of Arkema shares held as collateral.
