Ubisoft: UBS Group tops 5% stake

(CercleFinance.com) - UBS Group has declared to the AMF that on November 15, 2024, through its subsidiary UBS
AG, it indirectly exceeded the threshold of 5% of the share capital of Ubisoft Entertainment and held 5.
22% of the company's share capital and 4.78% of its voting rights.

This threshold crossing results from an off-market acquisition of Ubisoft Entertainment shares and an increase in the number of Ubisoft Entertainment shares held by assimilation.
