Orange: CDC drops below 10% of votes
(CercleFinance.com) - Caisse des dépôts et consignations (CDC) has declared to the AMF that it crossed below the threshold of 10% of Orange voting rights on November 14, following the sale of Orange shares on the market by CNP Assurances, a company it controls.
The public financial institution said it held, directly and through Bpifrance Participations, CNP Assurances and LBP Prévoyance, 316,486,389 Orange shares, representing 11.90% of the capital and 9.98% of the voting rights of the telecoms operator.
