Soitec: new Chairman of the Board of Directors

(CercleFinance.com) - Soitec announces the appointment of Frédéric Lissalde as Chairman of the Board of Directors.


Frédéric Lissalde will continue to act as Chairman of Soitec's Strategy Committee and member of the Audit and Risk Committee.

Once he has stepped down from his executive duties, he will replace Christophe Gégout as Chairman of Soitec's Board of Directors, with effect from March 1, 2025, and for the remainder of his term as Director.

The Board of Directors also announces that, as of this date, Christophe Gégout will resume his duties as Lead Director and Chairman of the Audit and Risks Committee. He will continue to sit on the Strategy Committee and the ESG Committee.

Soitec states that its Board of Directors is 'convinced that Frédéric Lissalde will make a significant contribution to the development and implementation of Soitec's strategy'.
