ING: 5.5 million shares bought back last week
(CercleFinance.com) - ING reports that, as part of its two-billion-euro share buyback program, a total of 5,545,654 shares were bought back last week at an average price of 14.
88 euros, for a total consideration of over 82.5 million euros.
This brings the total number of shares bought back by the Dutch bank to date to 17,265,983, for a total consideration of over 263.5 million euros, or almost 13.2% of the maximum total value of the program announced on October 31.
