TotalEnergies: partnership with Oil India Ltd

(CercleFinance.com) - TotalEnergies announces a partnership with Oil India Limited (OIL) to use AUSEA technology to detect and measure methane emissions at OIL sites in India.


This initiative is part of the Oil and Gas Decarbonization Charter (OGDC), which aims to achieve net-zero operations by 2050 and the virtual elimination of methane emissions by 2030.

The AUSEA technology, developed by TotalEnergies, uses sensor-equipped drones to detect methane and CO2, offering superior accuracy even on difficult-to-access sites.
