Atos concludes AI deployment project with Canut
(CercleFinance.com) - The Centrale d'achat du numérique et des télécoms (Canut), a non-profit association, has chosen the consortium comprising Onepoint, Atos and Eviden for an AI deployment project, Atos announced on Monday.
The organization, which supports the public sector and similar bodies in calls for tender, explains that it wishes to encourage the administration to engage in a process of 'acculturation to the challenges of AI'.
As agent, Onepoint will be involved in two types of mission, namely AI training, in collaboration with Eviden, and auditing services on business uses and strategic advice on AI, in partnership with Eviden and Atos.
The aim is to enable public servants to automate tasks such as document summarization, freeing up time for high value-added missions.
La Canut offers simplified public procurement contracts covering all the digital and telecoms needs of its beneficiaries, such as local authorities and social landlords, to offer them preferential purchasing conditions with turnkey framework agreements complying with the public procurement code.
The association was set up in Lyon, under the impetus of some thirty départements, including its two founders (Conseil départemental de Meurthe-et-Moselle and Conseil départemental des Hautes-Alpes).
