Boeing: Tim Buckley to join Board of Directors

(CercleFinance.com) - Boeing has announced the election of Tim Buckley to its Board of Directors, as from 1 January 2025.


Former president and CEO of The Vanguard Group, Tim Buckley oversaw an 80% growth in assets under management to nearly $10 trillion, through innovative products and digital services.

He will join the Finance and Governance & Public Policy committees.

According to Boeing Chairman Steve Mollenkopf, Tim Buckley's expertise in managing complex operations and his knowledge of investors will bring a valuable perspective.

Buckley becomes the 12th board member and 10th to be appointed since 2019, as part of its renewal strategy.
