Boeing: Tim Buckley to join the Board of Directors

(CercleFinance.com) - Boeing has announced the election of Tim Buckley to its Board of Directors, effective January 1, 2025.


Former president and CEO of The Vanguard Group, Tim Buckley oversaw an 80% growth in assets under management to nearly USD 10 trillion, through innovative products and digital services.

He will join the Finance and Governance & Public Policy committees.

According to Boeing Chairman Steve Mollenkopf, Tim Buckley's expertise in managing complex operations and his knowledge of investors will bring 'a valuable perspective'.

Buckley becomes the 12th board member and 10th to be appointed since 2019, as part of a renewal strategy.
