Accenture: HR collaboration with ETS

(CercleFinance.com) - Accenture announces a collaboration with ETS to develop a talent management solution aimed at bridging the global skills gap.


This model will integrate ETS's Futurenav tools and Accenture's LearnVantage platform to assess and develop the technical and sustainable skills of current and future employees.

Accenture points out that, according to the World Economic Forum, 50% of the world's workers will need to requalify by 2030, or risk economic losses estimated at 15,000bn USD.

The solution will offer tools for assessing emerging talent, improving internal skills and facilitating mobility and workforce planning.
