Exosens: in negotiations to acquire Noxant

(CercleFinance.com) - Exosens announces that it has entered into exclusive negotiations with Noxant, a French specialist in high-performance cooled infrared cameras for applications such as surveillance, scientific research, industrial testing and gas detection.


In addition to expanding its product portfolio, the high-tech group believes this acquisition could enable significant synergies between Noxant and its imaging activities, notably those of Telops (acquired in 2023).

Noxant generated sales of around 12 million euros for the year ended June 30, 2024, and employs 22 people. The transaction is expected to be finalized in the coming months, subject to the usual approvals.
