Bouygues Telecom completes acquisition of La Poste Telecom

(CercleFinance.com) - Bouygues Telecom has announced that it has finalized the acquisition of La Poste Telecom with the La Poste Group and SFR.


This is the leading virtual operator on the French market, operating under the La Poste Mobile brand with an exclusive distribution partnership between La Poste Telecom, La Poste and La Banque Postale.

This operation enables Bouygues Telecom to strengthen its Mobile customer base of around 2.4 million, and to draw on La Poste's distribution network.

La Poste Telecom becomes a subsidiary of the Bouygues Telecom group. It employs 400 people and generated sales of over 300 ME in 2023.
