Publicis: BlackRock holds more than 5% of votes

(CercleFinance.com) - On November 13, 2024, BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds under its management, declared to the AMF that it had exceeded the threshold of 5% of voting rights in Publicis and held, on behalf of said clients and funds, 5.
53% of the company's capital and 5.05% of its voting rights.

This threshold crossing results from an acquisition of Publicis shares on the market and an increase in the number of Publicis shares held as collateral.
