Altamir: slight increase in NAV per share over nine months

(CercleFinance.com) - Altamir reports a Net Asset Value per share of 35.
58 euros at September 30, 2024, after distribution of a dividend of 1.08 euro per share on May 24. Including this dividend, NAV per share was up 2.9% on December 31, 2023.

In the first nine months of the year, proceeds from disposals included 217.8 million euros from eight full disposals, mainly Europe Snacks and Crystal, as well as 75.4 million euros in proceeds from partial disposals and income.

Total investments and commitments amounted to 118.1 million euros, including 77.9 million in six new companies, 16.5 million via Altaroc Odyssey and Apax funds, and 23.7 million in additional investments.
